Jarl Construction was first contracted to mine aggregate on property north of Dow Road and east of the BIA Wisham Cemetery in June of 1979. Later operators would include Riley Brothers Concrete and James Dean Construction. Relatively small piles of aggregate material for sale can be seen toward the left of center in the photograph. The BPA transmission lines that cross the southern part of the industrial park appear in the background above and to the left of the rock piles.
